The desire to be a technological leader in providing our customers with high-end sustainable and innovative solutions for their environmental challenges and to be an attractive employer for technical experts, while at the same time creating the structures for global growth, presents us with major challenges.

In connection with the exit of our founder Lucas Menke in 2021 and the establishment of a new lead team, we have started a process of constantly developing our leadership and corporate culture together.

Our main focus is to create and foster a culture where we work together as a global team with aligned structures, workflows and procedures towards shared goals with a clear strategy.

It is key for us being able to preserve, expand and pass on our many years of knowledge and experience and therefore to remain an attractive employer for external talent and our existing employees for the years to come serving our customers.

The prerequisite for this is well-functioning global communication with regular exchange at all levels as well as a motivational work environment to keep employee satisfaction and engagement at a high level.

In laying the groundwork for this we have formulated values and guiding principles as well as a competency model with characteristics of which we believe are crucial to make us and our employees successful. These values accompany us in everyday life and form the basis of our actions and decisions.
