After Login to Your Customer account by your Meri Order Number, you will be able to select from the installed base list of Meri Equipment / Machines which have been delivered under this Meri Order Number. For each Equipment / Machine you can select Items form a Wear- / Spare Part List and generate an Inquiry Basket, which will then be forwarded to the Meri Spare Part and Service Team.

Our Team will execute a technical check of the Items in the Inquiry Basket and subsequently forward to you a Spare Part or Service quotation.
