Technology
The COMPAX CFX-50 & 60 F Series dewaters all fibrous lightweight Reject / Sludge Residual Mixtures from waste paper the stock preparation.
Utilizing a single flight, slow-speed screw, it dewaters and presses residuals through a tube screen pipe against a hydraulically operated counter pressure twin flap.
Surface water and moisture are removed by screw transportation and pressing through half screens, achieving up to 45-60% dryness (TS).
A high-performance control adjusts operation parameters such as screw speed, counter pressure and press flap angle for best performance with varying residual inputs to deliver reliable and cost-effective dewatering.
