Technology
The DVIR – Dewiring Machine for virgin pulp bales, represents the state of the art in the world, which is advanced, efficient and specifically designed to remove the binding wires from virgin pulp bales. All available modern handling technologies were incorporated into one machine: hydraulics for all tasks where power is needed, pneumatics for the low pressure area and servo-technology for fast movements with precise accuracy in positioning and high repeatability, as well as frequency controlled drives.
The knife beam is a reciprocating design and the two wire coilers are servo-controlled. A hydraulic lift/turn table spins the bales for removal of wires from all bale sides and the integrated Meri Material Handling Chain Conveyor transports the bale with ease.
The DIVR operates 24/7, up to 10.000 h in a row depending on virgin pulp bale characteristics, designed for fast and efficient coiling of wires to reduce cost & downtime.
